Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Stocka for the use of stocka.in, the web app at app.stocka.in and the Stocka mobile apps for Android and iPhone (the "Services"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give accurate account and business details (including GSTIN, if you have one) and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
• Tell us immediately at hello@stocka.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

• The Services are offered on paid subscription plans (monthly or yearly). Current plans, features and prices are shown on our website and in the app.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST and other applicable taxes are charged as shown at checkout, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.
• Plans are prepaid. When a plan ends, you renew it by paying for the next period from the web app. If you do not renew, access to the Services is paused until you do; your data stays saved.
• We may change prices or plan features for future billing periods. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice before they apply to you.
• Coupon and promotional discounts apply only as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You own all business records you enter into Stocka. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide, secure and improve the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the data you enter and for having a lawful basis (such as consent) for any personal data of your customers, vendors and staff that you record or message through the Services.

Stocka calculates taxes and prepares GST/TDS reports (such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and HSN summaries) from the information you enter. These are tools to help you — they are not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for checking tax rates, HSN/SAC codes and figures, and for your own filings and payments with the authorities. Please consult a qualified professional where needed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including fake invoicing or tax evasion.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages to people through the WhatsApp or email features.
• Try to access another store's data, break security, or disrupt the Services (for example by overloading them).
• Copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create a competing product from the Services.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where reasonably possible.

Some features rely on third parties — Razorpay for payments, WhatsApp for messaging, and Google Play and the Apple App Store for the mobile apps. Your use of them is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you have paid for, we will tell you in advance.

The Stocka software, website, logo, design and content belong to Stocka and its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your business during your plan. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

• You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Delete your account).
• We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law.
• Before your account is deleted you can export your reports. After deletion, data cannot be recovered.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stocka is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to compensate Stocka for losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or data you enter that violates the law or someone else's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably — please write to us. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved this way.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
